A Campaign: WILDFOX'S Hello Sailor (Summer 2013)
I've been suffering a little these past few days because of a small case of a cold. I work at a casino part time, and this lady (I'll leave the nationality part out) put a stack of chips right in front of her as a bet. As I called "Anymore bets? Ok, No more bets" and did my usual sweep of arm to indicate the beginning of a new hand, this lady suddenly openly sneezed over her chips. She SNEEZED on her chips. I prayed for her not to win as I was dealing the cards, but the bitch won and I was forced to touched her diseased chips to pay out her bet. I had to stay on the floor for another half hour before I could wash my hands. Since then, I've been sick.
But I'm feeling much better now, I been taking preventative measures: Vicks on my chest while I sleep, rest, and lots of honey, lemon tea.
I've now have the time to go through my emails and find the latest campaign from WILDFOX in my inbox. It's so awesome I had to share it straight away.
It's based on a 1950's pin-up girl concept exuding femininity and confidence. There are U.S.A.-inspired tees and sweaters with fun Americana graphics such as a sequin “U.S.A.” across a tight knit White Label sweater, “I Want You” on their signature Cassidy Tank, and an intarsia knit “Red Cross” on an oversized cardigan. Wildfox's endlessly comfortable baggy beach jumpers and gypsy hoodies are adorned with milkshakes, French poodles, and cherries, taking us girls right back to a 50’s malt shop!
