Dress Nation: Harper Red Dress

Lady in Red. This was the only song my boyfriend could think of when he saw me in this impeccable dress. With this dress doing all the hard work for me, my boyfriend couldn't take his eyes off me because he really does love a Lady in Red (and that damned song).
Of course, I chose this dress because of his tastes and it pleases me to see him pleased. From Dress Nation, this dress is beautifully sculptured, enhancing my waist and natural curves and leaves me feeling elegant and sophisticated. Hughie wants me to wear it my best friend's wedding but I have a feeling this dress is too much of a stunner and I could never think of taking any sort of attention from my best friend! I'll just save this dress for a special, special date night for Hughie in the future <3

Whether its Valentines Day or S.A.D (Single awareness day) for you, you really cannot avoid this day. I enjoy it single or as a couple, because its a day where everyone is in (generally) a good mood and people makes efforts to go out and try to have a good time. 

Me and my boyfriend celebrated it on the 13th actually, because we both had shift work on the 14th. My boyfriend made me laugh when he told me the story of how he tried to buy a rose before Valentines Day and the florist gave him attitude like he forgot the date or that he wanted to get his girlfriend a day-old rose. She made a big fuss muttering that she had to check out the back and she came back with a look saying "I'm sorry we don't have any 50CM roses left but we have one 60CM rose in stock...... ..........is that ok with you...?" (So yeah, 10CM is about 4 inches).

Anyways, I was very delighted with my mere 60CM rose and we had lunch by Darling Harbour at the famous Arabian restaurant Kazbah. We dined on mixed dips and bread, Tangines, and roast duck. I even had to loosen my belt. That's a good sign of a good meal.
